Counters open 2 hours before departure and close 45 minutes before. Arrive at least 60 minutes early for domestic flights.

Economy: 20 kg checked + 5 kg hand baggage. Business: 30 kg checked + 7 kg hand baggage. Infants: 10 kg.

No flammables, explosives, compressed gases or lithium batteries in checked baggage. Liquids over 100 ml must be checked.

Kenyan citizens: National ID or passport. Foreign nationals: valid passport. Minors: birth certificate.

Request wheelchair, visual or hearing assistance during booking or at least 48 hours before departure.

Up to 28 weeks without a note. 28–36 weeks requires a doctor's letter dated within 7 days. Not accepted after 36 weeks.

Children under 12 must travel with an adult. Unaccompanied minors (5–11) service is available on request.

Passengers with medical conditions requiring oxygen or a stretcher must contact us 72 hours in advance.
